On May 28, 2025, Chen Leiming, Executive President and Secretary-General of CAMT and Li Jing, Assistant Secretary-General of CAMT and Secretary-General of the Internet and Digital Intelligence Special Committee, visited Ouyeel Cloud Commerce Co., Ltd. (a co-president unit of CAMT), China Steel Yintong E-commerce Co., Ltd. (a member unit of Internet and Digital Intelligence Special Committee), and Zizhong Pushi (Shanghai) Technology Development Co., Ltd. (a director unit of Internet and Digital Intelligence Special Committee) in Shanghai. They held in-depth exchanges with the senior leaders of the above-mentioned units.

In the morning, Chen Leiming and his delegation first arrived at China Steel E-commerce, where they were warmly received by Jin Tian'an, Chairman of Shanghai China Steel Group and China Steel E-commerce. 

Jin Tian'an expressed gratitude to CAMT for its long-term support and introduced in details China Steel E-commerce's practical achievements in the construction of steel industry internet platforms, digital services, and supply chain integration in recent years. He stated that China Steel E-commerce has always aimed to promote high-quality industry development, helping upstream and downstream enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency through technological empowerment and model innovation. In the future, it will actively respond to the Association's call, participate in industry ecosystem construction with a higher stance, and contribute more solutions to the transformation and upgrading of the metal materials distribution sector.

Chen Leiming highly appraised the achievements of China Steel E-commerce. He pointed out that as one of the benchmark enterprises in the steel e-commerce field, China Steel E-commerce has not only achieved breakthroughs in transaction models but also provided valuable experience for the industry in data application, risk control, and other aspects. Facing the wave of digital intelligence, CAMT hopes to join hands with China Steel E-commerce to promote the formulation of industry standards, expand technical application scenarios, and cultivate talents, injecting stronger momentum into industrial chain upgrading. He said that CAMT will continue to play a guiding and leading role, integrate various resources from industry, academia, research, and application, and provide policy support and platform guarantees for enterprise innovation and development. 

The two sides also discussed the application prospects of technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain in the metal materials distribution field, and conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as the digital and intelligent transformation of the steel industry, supply chain innovation, and industry ecosystem co-construction.

 At noon, Chen Leiming and his delegation arrived at Ouyeel Cloud Commerce and was warmly received by Lv Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Ouyeel Cloud Commerce. Lv Jun extended a warm welcome. He detailed the basic situation of Ouyeel Cloud Commerce's adjustment and upgrading of service functions and positioning. Relying on the high-quality resources of the original bulk commodity e-commerce, it has established new business models such as steel sales channels, logistics service platforms, green carbon services, and digital intelligence services, as well as a steel ecological service platform. He emphasized that as a national-level association, CAMT has played a crucial role in leading industry development and looks forward to carrying out deeper cooperation with CAMT in standard formulation, standard implementation certification, artificial intelligence, green carbon services, digital transformation, and other fields.

In the afternoon, Chen Leiming's delegation came to Zizhong Pushi Co., Ltd., where they were warmly received by Wu Mengchi, Chairman of the company. Wu Mengchi highly appreciated the important role played by CAMT in leading and standardizing industry development, specified the functions of the company's uniquely advantageous steel trade digital intelligence platform, as well as the company's efforts and achievements in promoting traditional metal materials distribution enterprises to shift from "ton steel thinking" to "data thinking" and replace "empiricism" with "algorithm optimization". She expressed the idea of carrying out all-round in-depth cooperation with CAMT. Chen Leiming fully affirmed the functions and positioning of the digital intelligence platform polished by Zizhong Pushi, believing that it conforms to the general trend of industry transformation and development and matches the future development ideas of CAMT.
